All bookings are subject to the Terms & Conditions as detailed on our web site www.bnbbookings.com/terms.htm. There is no GST on this transaction. The property is Input Taxed. Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid or 50 % of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $20 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$20.00
