Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid or 50 % of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $20 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Getting There:
To get to Applecroft Homestead, turn off the main road between Lyndoch and Rowland Flat up Trial Hill Road. Travel about 4 kilometres along a good gravel road. After the second section of bitumen ends at the Parsons Lookout, The Homestead is the second cottage you come to on the left.
